You all came up with a lot of good solutions yesterday, none of which will work because of reasons I'll come up with later! But we have a plan to buy us more time, and its name is "commercial grade lawn care equipment", which they'll have to find a way to deliver, but ya know. Charlene can get it at least into the property line. Probably. Anyway, sometimes you need modern solutions to magical problems.
And given how much I don't want to draw a chain saw or a string trimmer, maybe other things will happen. HMMM.
Also keep in mind that comic time moves very slowly, and the full moon is like, maybe 2 or 3 days away from this page. Which will be emphasized repeatedly throughout this chapter for...reasons.
And I'm off! I have to go mow my neighbor's lawn because her disability issues have flared up and her small mower is broken. The very very beefy mower my cousin gave me a decade ago can handle the job in five minutes, even if all the rubber has come off one of the wheels. It's a mower! It doesn't need rubber, it can roll on the rim just fine. I haven't managed to kill this thing yet, so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
