I'd get these pages up sooner if I could focus in the morning, but the general downer mood of this year and my social life being dead as a result makes it harder to focus than normal. I need more cups of tea than normal to feel human. Also, I made carrot muffins a few days ago and I've been pretty much eating those to stay alive every day, and I just finished them, so I guess I finally have to go buy groceries. Lame! I still have quite a few staple things left, but I'm out of anything that even looks like a vegetable, so I have no choice.

Harvey is dealing with the fall out of her life situation about as well as anyone would, I think. Aubrey's pack is in such a precarious place, because their lives have improved, but sometimes achieving your goal (getting away from your abusive situation) can be just as traumatic. It's a big change! Change is hard. Being happy and comfortable is hard, and it's tempting to make things harder on ourselves because we're used to not being comfortable. So instead of luxuriating in her new freedom, Harvey is insisting on living in the woods and refusing help. Marcus sticks around because he's just glad to be free and doesn't want to leave Harvey to her own devices. Tim sticks around because he likes the woods anyway. We'll get to where Ginger and Aubrey are soon :).

I haven't forgotten about my idea for a contest yet! It got a bit waylaid because my life is chaos and I'm trying to get a million things done this month it seems, but we'll come back to it one day! In the meantime, there's new merch up at the Hivemill store. I added some new prints and tshirts finally, so if you like my comic and would like to support me, please go see if there's something you like! HTBAW Fandom Wiki is up and running! Thanks to Myk Streja for tons of help with moderation efforts and everyone else who's done a ton of work on adding information and filling out the Wiki. I know nothing about how this stuff works and I'm too old to learn :D.
