Vote over at TWC and you can see a preview of the cover for the first issue! I'll be printing a handful of two issues (chapters 1-3) and selling them at C2E2 in April. I'll try and sell the rest to you guys afterwards, and if there's enough demand, I'll get them reprinted :). I also plan to put them up on Comixology so you can buy the digital version.
Welp! I'm tired! I've been busting ass the last few weeks to get enough stuff done that I have something to show for C2E2, even though that's a few months away. I'm not big on procrastinating, I guess. I like to take a project on little by little rather than face down the anxiety of a last minute rush to the finish. So far, I've got the covers done for the first two issues, I'm almost done with a few other art pieces for printing, and I've ordered a big pop up banner, some postcards to give away, and a personalized stamp so I can stamp my prints. I also bought a tablecloth, some metal stand thingies, and a few other bits and pieces. I think all the stuff I'll be selling is art I already have done, so I just have to format it and order it. Good times! I'm tired. And sort of blowing through money, so I should probably talk to my accountant if I can itemize this year or if I'm taking the standard deduction. Probably the second one.
Anyway, check out this page! Charlene's back! She's had a rough 20 minutes. I like to think Elias is a little scared of Charlene, if only because he knows almost nothing about her and can't get a read on her at all. Meanwhile, Mal is like "I liked you before, and now you're a witch who scares people with your magic, so that's cool!" I suppose once you've been turned into a werewolf, it's hard to get too weirded out by stuff.
My site should be MUCH faster now. I managed to work out my issues from last week. Rejoice! It turns out, I had ordered the virtual private server, but never migrated to it? But I definitely remember Dreamhost saying that it would take a few hours to migrate my stuff, and I had asked their little chat box person if there was anything else I needed to do. So, that's fun. Not sure what happened there, but everything is switched over now. I'm no longer getting server errors all the damn time, and answering comments is way easier because it's not crashing over and over. Yay! I also uncovered a bunch of comments that didn't get approved over the weekend because they went to my spam folder, so sorry friends! They're approved now.
And now it's afternoon and I apparently ate some cookies for breakfast. Oops. Gonna go...fix that I guess.
