I've spent all morning shoveling snow in order to go retrieve my beloved paczki for Paczki Day aka Fat Tuesday. They're pillowy soft donuts made with extra fat and grain alcohol in order to burn through all the stuff you're supposed to give up for Lent, I guess. I'm not Catholic or whatever, but I am some vague flavor of Eastern European. According to the census, my family came over when those countries were still part of the Holy Roman Empire, so who the fuck knows what I am. But I do like donuts and I look Polish, so that's what counts. 

Anyway, here's a page to close out this scene so that we can have future scenes that are more important! Writing is fun. This chapter is going to be stupid long because we're going to see Tom again AND we have to wrap up whatever is going on with Charlene. So...strap in! We're only about halfway done lol

I haven't forgotten about my idea for a contest yet!
